On a usual Sunday morning, children are given a special message from the pastor or lay minister. We have a special area for kids in the service, where packages have been made up for their pleasure. Each package contains crayons, a kids bulletin, some colouring pages and books. There is also a little table for them to use. Please make use of all of these things.
Sunday School will now happen once a month on the second Sunday of each month. All are welcome. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend, or if you and your children are comfortable, they can attend on their own. We will always have at least two adults with "Safe Church" training present to keep accountable and safe. We will have opening and closing prayers, music, playdough, arts and crafts activities, bible stories, sharing time and activities for families to discuss and do together at home. Parents will also be provided with BIG challenging questions to discuss with children at home, to help children discern and deal with ideas and information they learn in school, see on TV, the internet and from friends who have different beliefs.
