Suzanne asks:
The Sunday School Program is seeking 2 or 3 more volunteers for August 2nd and 3rd to help fix up the Sunday School Room. Nathan and Suzanne will coordinate the work party and supplies. We need at least two more strong people to help us move furniture, two people willing to help with preparing the room and painting, carpentry skills to put up shelves, curtain rods and install the Smart TV.
Please talk to Suzanne or Nathan if you can help with any of the above tasks.

ELCIC appeal:
Together, the ELCIC National Office and Eastern Synod are launching an appeal to support the ministries of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan and the Holy Land (ELCJHL). Our goal is to raise $50,000 to assist in supporting this vital work that embodies faith, resilience and hope of a just peace. You are invited to be a part of this support.
In a joint letter to the church, National Bishop Susan Johnson, National Bishop-elect Larry Kochendorfer and Eastern Synod Bishop Carla Blakley share how the ELCIC's long-standing relationship with the ELCJHL is, "a vital expression of our shared faith and commitment to justice and peace."
